Returns

At Royal Scent Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our return policy complies with UAE Consumer Protection Law and has been adapted to serve our customers across the GCC countries and Jordan.

Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.

Eligible Return Conditions

Returns are accepted if:

• The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• You can provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order number).

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened or used perfumes, oils, musks, mukhamaria, or similar personal care products

• Customized or personalized products and gift items

• Final sale or clearance items, unless proven defective

Delivery & Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping or delivery fees, including cross-border returns from GCC countries or Jordan.

• However, if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item — excluding outer packaging damage), we will cover the full return shipping cost.

Refunds

Refund Method:

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash).

• Refunds may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds:
We may issue a partial refund if:

• The returned item is not in its original condition, or

• It is missing parts (not due to our error).

Exchange

We offer exchanges within the 7-day return window for eligible items.
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
