We offer shipping to:

• All seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates

• All GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar)

• Jordan

We use reliable regional and international courier services to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

2. Handling & Delivery Time

• UAE Orders: Processed and delivered within 1 to 3 business days.

• GCC & Jordan Orders: Processed within 1 to 3 business days, with delivery typically within 3 to 7 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Note:
Business days exclude Fridays and public holidays in the UAE or the destination country.
We strive to deliver as quickly as possible without compromising quality and accuracy.

3. Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email once your order is placed.
Our team or delivery partner may contact you to confirm your delivery address and preferred delivery time.

4. Delivery Conditions

• Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing your order.

• If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, kindly notify us to reschedule.

• In case of failed delivery due to incorrect details or absence, re-delivery charges may apply depending on the country.

For shipments outside the UAE (GCC countries & Jordan):
